Islamabad: Pakistani Army Chief of Staff Asim Munir met Friday with his Turkish counterpart, Sel§uk Bayraktar, who is currently visiting Islamabad, to discuss prospects for strengthening defense and military cooperation between the two countries.

According to Qatar News Agency, during the meeting, the two sides also reviewed the current regional and international security situation.
