The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs called for UN measures to activate the international protection for Palestinian people and take practical steps to coerce Israel to end its occupation of the land of the State of Palestine considering the persistent Israeli violations.
In a statement on Sunday, the Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the blatant aggression of the Israeli occupation on Nur Shams Camp, east of Tulkarm carried out at dawn, and led to the martyrdom of two Palestinians causing major devastation of infrastructure in the camp, in addition to inflicting grave damage upon the citizens' property.
The statement added that the occupation imposed stringent blockade on the camp, raided citizens' homes and tampered with their contents, regardless of the persistent incursions into Palestinian cities and towns, including settlers' attacks on defenseless citizens.
The ministry considered these practices a war crime and crimes against humanity to be added to the extrajudicial killings perpetrated by the Israeli occupation forces against Palestinian people.
The incursions and assaults perpetrated by the occupation army on Palestinian people are the broader range of igniting violence cycle and exploding the flashpoint zones as an official Israeli policy that falls within the framework of the crimes of creeping annexation of the occupied West Bank, including eastern Jerusalem which reaffirm absence of the Israeli peace partner, the statement confirmed.
Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs blamed the Israeli government for these practices, holding it fully and directly responsible for the crimes.
These crimes represent a translation of the instructions received by the Israeli soldiers from the political level in the occupation state to make it easier for them to gun down Palestinian citizens, the statement reads.
The ministry warned against dealing with these extrajudicial killings as statistics and figures that conceal the size and level of suffering among Palestinian families due to the assassination of Palestinians and taking their lives.
