Palestinian Foreign Ministry Condemns Expanding Israeli Ground Invasion of Gaza

Gaza: The Palestinian Ministry of Foreign Affairs condemned the expansion of the Israeli ground invasion of the Gaza Strip and the mobilization of additional troops and military vehicles to partake in the ongoing genocide and displacement against the Palestinian people.

According to Qatar News Agency, in a statement issued Monday, the Palestinian Foreign Ministry warned against the consequences of escalating Israeli crimes of ethnic cleansing and the mass destruction of homes in the northern West Bank and its refugee camps, leaving tens of thousands of displaced persons subject to the most horrific forms of suffering, especially during Ramadan.

The Ministry pointed out that the international community's mere statements expressing concern and the United Nations' unimplemented resolutions have become a cover up for the occupation's crimes, allowing Israel more time to destroy the two-state solution and to overturn all signed agreements.

The Palestinian Foreign Ministry called for more international pressure on the occupation to compel it to implement international legitimacy resolutions, especially UN Security Council Resolution 2735, the advisory opinion of the International Court of Justice, and other dozens of international resolutions that have not been adhered to.
