Palestinian Injured in Israeli Occupation Forces Raid in West Bank

Al-bireh: A Palestinian man was injured by Israeli occupation forces' gunfire during a raid on the city of Al-Bireh in the occupied West Bank. According to Qatar News Agency, the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that the man sustained a head injury after being struck by a rubber-coated metal bullet during the operation. During the raid, Israeli forces also fired live ammunition and tear gas. In a related incident, Israeli occupation forces raided the town of Hizma, located northeast of Jerusalem. They prevented worshipers from leaving the town's mosque following the Isha and Taraweeh prayers, as reported by sources from the Jerusalem Governorate. No arrests were reported during this incident. Israeli forces also entered the town of Tuqu, southeast of Bethlehem, deploying across several neighborhoods, according to local sources. During this raid, forces fired tear gas canisters and stun grenades. However, the sources noted that no injuries were reported. Cities and towns across the occupied W est Bank and Jerusalem have been facing near-daily incursions by Israeli occupation forces. These operations are often accompanied by confrontations, arrests, and the use of live ammunition, rubber-coated bullets, and tear gas against Palestinian residents.
