Palestinian Prime Minister, Dutch Counterpart Discuss Latest Developments in Gaza, West Bank

Ramallah: Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa discussed in a phone call today with his Dutch counterpart, Dick Schoof, the latest developments in Palestine, in light of the ongoing war of extermination in the Gaza Strip and the attacks of the Israeli occupation army and settlers in the West Bank, including Jerusalem.

According to Qatar News Agency, during the call, the two sides also discussed the need to recognize the State of Palestine and join the countries that have recognized it to protect the two-state solution. The Palestinian Prime Minister called on the Netherlands to join the emergency funding mechanism to support Palestine and pressure the Israeli occupation to release withheld Palestinian funds.

In this context, Mustafa praised the positions calling for an end to the war and the entry of aid into the Gaza Strip, the measures taken against settlements and settler violence, and support for the two-state solution and the New York Declaration.
