Doha: A delegation from the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Paraguay learned about the State of Qatar's legal and judicial experience, including its mechanisms for providing legal services, along with real estate registration and notarization services.
According to Qatar News Agency, the delegation, which included HE Minister of the Supreme Court of Justice Dr. Alberto Martinez Simon and HE Deputy Minister of Justice Juan Rafael Caballero Campos, visited the Ministry of Justice (MoJ)'s headquarters Monday, on the sidelines of their participation in the Doha Forum 2025. The delegation was briefed on the MoJ's legal services and ways to benefit from them, in addition to the progress made in digital transformation, which has enabled the provision of the ministry's services via its digital platforms.
The Paraguayan delegation further visited the Government Services Complex at Rawdat Al Hamama, where they learned about the kind of services provided by the MoJ's external branches. They were also introduced to the latest updates to the SAK e-services portal, which replaced all manual real estate registration and notarization services.
At the conclusion of the visit, the Paraguayan delegation praised Qatar's legal and judicial experience and the progress it has achieved in various fields, considering it an advanced example in developing judicial services. They also expressed their eagerness to enhance legal and judicial cooperation with the State of Qatar and to benefit from its advanced experience in this area.
