Police, Al Rayyan Triumph in Qatar Men’s Volleyball League

Doha: Police defeated Al Gharafa in straight sets in their match Tuesday, part of the second round of the 2025-2026 Qatar Men's Volleyball League. All matches are being held at the Qatar Volleyball Association hall with the participation of 10 clubs.

According to Qatar News Agency, Police's victory came with set scores of (25-16, 25-15, 25-17), bringing their total to 18 points and securing second place, narrowing the gap with league leaders Al Wakrah to four points. Meanwhile, Al Gharafa suffered their sixth defeat against only one win in the league, remaining in ninth place, second to last, with three points.

In the second match, Al Rayyan secured a hard-fought victory over Qatar SC, winning three sets to two (25-13, 32-30, 15-11), while Qatar SC won the two sets (25-21, 25-18). With this result, Al Rayyan moved to third place with 13 points, the same as Qatar SC, who remain in fourth place.

A single match will be played on Wednesday between Al Arabi, currently in sixth place with 12 points, and Al Sadd, who sit in last place (tenth) with no points.
