Manama, Polling stations for the supplementary election runoff for the council of representatives' seat in Muharraq's First District closed at 8 PM after a strong voter turnout. The runoff was held between Ibrahim Abdullah Yousif Al Shaikh and Abdulwahid Abdulaziz Qarata, who received the most votes in the first round held on September 7. The supervisory committee will announce the result and the name of the winning candidate for the council seat after the vote count is completed. Source: Bahrain News Agency
