Manchester: Phil Foden struck twice, including a 93rd-minute winner, as Manchester City survived a huge scare to beat Leeds United 3-2 and strengthen their grip on second place.
According to Qatar News Agency, Foden needed just 54 seconds to open the scoring. Josko Gvardiol then made it 2-0 at the 25th minute with a composed finish.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin pulled one back four minutes into the second half, and Lukas Nmecha levelled from the spot on 68 after a retaken penalty.
Foden curled home a superb low drive moments later to seal all three points.
The victory takes City to 25 points, four behind leaders Arsenal, ahead of the Gunners' trip to Chelsea on Sunday. Leeds stay 18th on 11 points.
