Damascus, President Bashar al-Assad issued Thursday Law No. (43) of 2023. The law stipulates establishing an authority known as State Property Management and Protection Authority based in Damascus, with the aim of protecting, managing, maintaining and investing in the State's private properties in an optimal manner.
