Damascus, President Bashar al-Assad issued Thursday the Legislative Decree No. (40) of 2023. According to the decree, the penalty and fine were raised against those who assisted or enabled, by fraudulent means, obtaining a telecommunications service, with the intention of evading payment of wages and fees due.
