Colombo: HE President of the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka, Anura Kumara Dissanayake, received the credentials of HE Hamad bin Mohammed Al Dosari as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to Sri Lanka.

According to Qatar News Agency, HE the Ambassador conveyed greetings from HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to HE the President of Sri Lanka, along with wishes of health and happiness for His Excellency. Additionally, the Amir expressed hopes for continued progress and prosperity for the government and people of Sri Lanka.

In response, HE the President of Sri Lanka extended his greetings and well wishes to HH the Amir, expressing hopes for Qatar's ongoing progress and growth.
