Sao tome: HE President of the Democratic Republic of Sao Tome and Principe Carlos Vila Nova has accepted the credentials of HE Yousef bin Mohammed Al Hail as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary (Non-Resident) to the Democratic Republic of Sao Tome and Principe.

According to Qatar News Agency, HE the Ambassador conveyed the greetings of HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani to HE the President and expressed His Highness' wishes for good health and happiness to the President. The Amir also extended wishes for continued progress and prosperity to the government and people of Sao Tome and Principe.

In response, HE President Carlos Vila Nova asked HE the Ambassador to convey his greetings to HH the Amir. The President expressed his wishes for good health and happiness to the Amir and for the State of Qatar to continue its progress and development.
