Davos: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani signed a document regarding the State of Qatar's joining of the Board of Peace. The signing ceremony took place during the charter's establishment event in Davos, Switzerland, with the presence of HE President of the United States of America Donald Trump and several leaders and representatives of member states.

According to Qatar News Agency, HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, along with Foreign Ministers from seven Arab and Islamic countries, welcomed the invitation from HE the President of the United States for their countries to join the Board of Peace. They affirmed their commitment to supporting the council's mission as a transitional body. This mission is part of the comprehensive plan to resolve the conflict in Gaza, as adopted by United Nations Security Council Resolution 2803.
