Doha: Prime Minister of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Muhammad Shehbaz Sharif left Doha on Friday following a working visit to the country. His departure marked the end of engagements that focused on strengthening bilateral ties between Pakistan and Qatar. According to Qatar News Agency, the Prime Minister was seen off at Doha International Airport by several distinguished officials, including Dr. Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh Al Khulaifi, the Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Also present were Ali bin Mubarak Al Khater, the Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Pakistan, and Dr. Muhammad Ejaz, the Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Qatar. Shehbaz Sharif's visit to Doha underscores the ongoing diplomatic efforts between the two nations to enhance cooperation in various sectors. Both countries are keen on developing partnerships that can lead to mutual benefits, reflecting the friendly relations they have historically maintained.
