Prime Minister of Qatar Holds Talks with The Elders During Doha Forum

Doha: He Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs SHeikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met with a delegation from The Elders on the sidelines of the 23rd Doha Forum 2025.

According to Qatar News Agency, the delegation included HE Mary Robinson and Prince Zeid Ra'ad Al Hussein, who are esteemed members of The Elders. The Elders is an independent group of global leaders founded by Nelson Mandela in 2007 to provide a moral voice for peace and ethical leadership.

The discussions focused on enhancing cooperation between Qatar and The Elders and supporting the group's international initiatives. Both parties also exchanged perspectives on topics featured on the forum's agenda, including global governance and conflict resolution.

The Doha Forum is an annual event that gathers world leaders, diplomats, and experts to engage in dialogue about pressing global challenges and promote multilateral cooperation.
