Doha: HE Prime Minister of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam Pham Minh Chinh, received today HE Governor of Qatar Central Bank and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Qatar Investment Authority Sheikh Bandar bin Mohammed bin Saoud Al-Thani.
