Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent a cable of condolences to HE Premier of the State Council of the People's Republic of China Li Qiang on the victims of a fire at a residential building in Hong Kong, wishing the injured a speedy recovery.

According to Qatar News Agency, the tragic incident in Hong Kong prompted the Prime Minister to express his heartfelt sympathies. The fire resulted in casualties, and Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani extended his support to the families affected by the disaster. The Prime Minister also conveyed wishes for a quick recovery to those who sustained injuries in the unfortunate event.
