Doha: HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani sent a cable of condolences to Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saud of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on the death of HE Grand Mufti of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and head of Council of Senior Scholars Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Abdullah bin Mohammed Al Al-Sheikh.

According to Qatar News Agency, the cable expressed sincere condolences and sympathy to King Salman, the royal family, and the people of Saudi Arabia. The message was sent in light of the passing of Sheikh Abdulaziz, who held the esteemed position of Grand Mufti and was the head of the Council of Senior Scholars.
