Based on the testimony of the prisoners, a number of them fainted more than once, due to malnutrition and lack of drinking water. The prisoners drink hot water full of impurities from the tap, and their meals are cold, very few, and smell bad, which has led to the spread of digestive system diseases among them and weakened their immunity. Their weight decreased sharply. The Commission's lawyer conveyed details of the seriousness of the health condition of the prisoner Moatasem Amin Arman from the town of Ain Yabroud/Ramallah, who was initially arrested on 10/24/2023 for a period of 6 administrative months, and was re-arrested 12 days after his release, and he has now been sentenced to administrative imprisonment for a period of 6 months. . The prisoner is sick and did not complete his treatment and examinations upon his release. During his first arrest, he was subjected to torture, as one of the soldiers put him in a pocket, blindfolded him, and tied him. Then he put something in his ear and reached his brain, according to the prisoner's words, causing him severe, unbearable pain. He was also beaten. Forced on his ribcage, he was scheduled to undergo a CT scan of the brain and chest, but he was re-arrested . In addition to the above, Arman suffers from liver disease, and currently suffers from severe headaches that lead to fainting. The last time he was given a sedative and an ambulance was brought to him without knowing the details of what happened to him. In another context, according to the commission's lawyer's visit to Megiddo prison, it was observed that scabies and other skin diseases spread widely among the prisoners, due to the lack of showers and the absence of the minimum elements of personal hygiene, such as soap, shampoo, personal supplies, and limited clothing.
