Desire Doue added two more goals in the 20th and 63rd minutes, while Khvicha Kvaratskhelia struck in the 73rd and Senny Mayulu rounded off the rout in the 86th. Paris Saint-Germain now becomes only the second French team to lift the coveted European trophy. Olympique Marseille was the first, winning the title in the 1992-1993 season with a 1-0 victory over AC Milan, al so at the Olympic Stadium in Munich. The win cements PSG's place in European football history and caps off a treble-winning season for the club, which also claimed the Ligue 1 and Coupe de France titles.
