Astana: The third round of political consultations between the Foreign Ministries of the State of Qatar and the Republic of Kazakhstan took place in Astana, with both nations focusing on enhancing bilateral relations. HE Secretary-General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr. Ahmed bin Hassan Al Hammadi led the Qatari delegation, while HE Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan Alibek Bakayev represented Kazakhstan.

According to Qatar News Agency, the discussions were aimed at exploring new avenues for cooperation and reinforcing the existing ties between the two countries. The meeting saw participation from HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Kazakhstan Abdullah bin Hussein Al Jaber, HE Director of Asian Affairs Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Al Johara bint Yousef Al Obaidan Fakhro, and other members of the delegation.
