In his address at the ceremony, HE Sheikh Dr. Khalid bin Jabr Al-Thani emphasized that community partnerships constitute a fundamental pillar in achieving the Society's objectives. He noted that such partnerships directly contribute to strengthening awareness programs and providing psychological, social, and financial support to cancer patients and their families.
His Excellency added that honoring partners and supporters reflects QCS's deep appreciation for their sincere efforts and impactful contributions, which have played a pivotal role in making a tangible difference in beneficiaries' lives and enhancing the Society's ability to continue delivering its humanitarian mission. He further stated that, thanks to the support of its partners and donors, the Society was able in 2025 to cover the treatment costs of more than 1,790 patients, at a total cost of approximately QAR 47.5 million. This included adult patients treated at the National Center for Cancer Care and Research, as well as children who received medical care at Sidra Medicine. The initiative underscores the Society's commitment to easing the financial burden on patients and ensuring access to necessary healthcare services.

Additionally, 50 individuals received one-on-one psychological counseling services, as part of the Society's commitment to delivering comprehensive care that addresses psychological and social aspects alongside medical treatment.
As part of efforts to strengthen community partnerships, QCS signed 17 strategic agreements in 2025 with government entities, private sector organizations, and institutions across various sectors. The Society also implemented over 80 awareness initiatives under its campaigns, with 18,950 direct beneficiaries attending awareness programs, workshops, and related events.
