Doha: The Qatar Central Bank (QCB) has announced the issuance of government Ijara Sukuk on behalf of the Ministry of Finance, totaling QAR 2.3 billion.
According to Qatar News Agency, QCB data reveals that the Sukuk have varying maturities: QAR 1.150 billion is allocated to a 3-year term with a yield of 4.150 percent, and an additional QAR 1.150 billion is set for a 5-year term with the same yield.
QCB further detailed in a post on the X platform that the total bids for the Sukuk amounted to approximately QAR 7 billion.
