Qatar Completes Linking Its Industrial Database with Gulf Industrial Platform

Doha: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) announced Thursday the completion of the technical integration of the State of Qatar's industrial database with the Gulf Industrial Platform (GIP), implemented by the Gulf Organization for Industrial Consulting (GOIC). This milestone comes as part of ongoing cooperation between the Organization and the member states of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).

According to Qatar News Agency, the achievement follows a meeting between HE Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry Mohammed bin Hassan Al Maliki, and HE CEO of the GOIC Ahmed bin Mohammed Al Mohammed. During the meeting, the latest developments related to the platform's implementation phases and the completion of its technical requirements were reviewed, in preparation for the anticipated official launch.
