Jakarta:The State of Qatar took part in the 28th meeting of the Committee of Ministers Responsible for Environmental Affairs in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries, held on Sunday.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Qatari delegation was led by HE Minister of Environment and Climate Change Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Turki Al Subaie.

The meeting focused on various agenda items aimed at enhancing joint environmental efforts within the GCC. It emphasized the importance of exchanging expertise and experiences among member states to bolster regional initiatives for environmental sustainability.
