Doha: Deposit rates at Qatar National Bank (QNB) were issued on Sunday, detailing the rates for various currencies. The announcement includes updated rates for time deposits ranging from one month to twelve months.

According to Qatar News Agency, the deposit rates for the US Dollar (USD) start at 3.72141% for a one-month term and decrease slightly to 3.47055% for a twelve-month term. The Japanese Yen (JPY) rates start lower at 0.50000% for one month and increase to 0.90000% for a twelve-month deposit. For the Swiss Franc (CHF), the rates begin at -0.14000% for one month and rise to 0.02000% over a twelve-month period. The British Pound (GBP) rates range from 3.68000% for a one-month deposit to 4.00000% for a twelve-month term.

In the Gulf region, the Qatari Riyal (QAR) deposit rates start at 4.02500% for a one-month term and decrease to 3.75000% for a twelve-month deposit. The Saudi Riyal (SAR) rates are consistent at 4.50000% for one month, dropping to 4.30000% for terms up to twelve months. The UAE Dirham (AED) rates begin at 2.05000% for a one-month term, increasing to 3.15000% over twelve months. Meanwhile, the Bahraini Dinar (BHD) rates start at 4.54000% for a one-month deposit and decrease to 4.35000% for a twelve-month term.
