Cairo, Qatar participated in the Arab coordination meeting at the level of permanent representatives to the Arab League, held today at the headquarters of the League's General Secretariat in Cairo, to prepare for the 10th session of the ministerial meeting of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum scheduled for May 30. Deputy Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the Arab League Khalid Abdullah Al Ibrahim represented the State of Qatar at the meeting. The Arab League, in a statement, mentioned that the meeting discussed several topics of interest to Arab countries, including the Palestinian issue. The session took place under the chairmanship of Mauritania, which currently heads the ministerial session of the Arab League. The statement also noted that the 10th session of the ministerial meeting of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum marks the 20th anniversary of the establishment of this forum.
