Beirut: HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to the Republic of Lebanon Sheikh Saud bin Abdulrahman Al-Thani took part in the meeting of HE French Presidential Envoy to Lebanon Jean-Yves Le Drian and ambassadors of the Quintet Committee on Lebanon at the Pine Residence in Beirut. The meeting discussed the current situation in Lebanon, especially the ongoing efforts to resolve the political crisis issue and the topic of the presidential elections. According to Qatar News Agency, the gathering was pivotal in addressing Lebanon's persistent political challenges. Emphasis was placed on collaborative approaches and international support to facilitate a resolution to the country's presidential impasse. The discussions underscored the importance of stability in Lebanon and the role of international partners in supporting Lebanese sovereignty and governance.
