Qatar Pilgrims Successfully Complete Hajj Rituals Under Qatari Mission’s Supervision

Doha: Qatar pilgrims have successfully performed the Hajj rituals for the current year 1446 AH, under the close supervision and monitoring of the Qatari Hajj Mission and in coordination with the approved Hajj campaigns.

According to Qatar News Agency, the Ministry of Endowments (Awqaf) and Islamic Affairs announced that optimal conditions were provided for the Hajj pilgrimage to be conducted with comfort and peace of mind. This was made possible due to the capabilities facilitated by the state and the directives given by the wise leadership.

The ministry further reported that both the pilgrims and Hajj campaign owners commended the exceptional services delivered by the Qatari mission. This included thorough preparation, effective organization, and quality equipment, particularly at the holy sites. Notable improvements were observed at the Arafat Camp, its facilities, and services, as well as in Mina and Muzdalifah.

The ministry highlighted that the positive feedback from pilgrims is a result of the constructive cooperation and ongoing coordination between the Hajj and Umrah Department at the Awqaf Ministry, the Qatari Hajj Mission, and the pilgrims. This collaboration has ensured the highest quality services, enabling pilgrims to perform their rituals smoothly and correctly.

In acknowledgment of the comprehensive support and continuous care provided to Qatar's pilgrims, several pilgrims and campaign representatives expressed gratitude towards the wise leadership. This support was evident in the high-quality services and meticulous organization experienced from their departure from Hamad International Airport to the completion of their Hajj rituals and return.

Pilgrims also praised the Qatari Hajj Mission's pioneering role, led by HE Minister of Endowments and Islamic Affairs Ghanem bin Shaheen Al Ghanim. The mission managed this year's Hajj operations with efficiency and a collaborative spirit, following clear directives to utilize all resources in serving the pilgrims. This was done in collaboration with the advisory committee and all supporting service and technical units, alongside the active participation of the seventeen approved campaigns.

They confirmed that all necessary facilities were provided, showcasing the meticulous planning and dedication of the Awqaf Ministry, the Qatari Hajj Mission, and its supporting units, in partnership with the relevant authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
