Qatar: Qatar SC defeated Algeria's Tadjenanet in straight sets on Monday, as part of the 44th Arab Club Volleyball Championship's Group A final round. Qatar SC won the match with set scores of (25-22), (28-26), and (25-21).

According to Qatar News Agency, Qatar SC raised their tally to 9 points, securing 2nd place, while the Algerian team remained at the bottom of Group A standings with no points. With the participation of 11 clubs and running in Tunisia until January 17, the championship will see all teams take a rest day on Tuesday, before resuming matches on Wednesday with the start of the quarterfinals, which will be played under a cross-group format.
