Qatar Signs Statute of OIC Center for Police Cooperation and Coordination.

Doha: The State of Qatar, represented by the Ministry of Interior, has signed the Statute of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Center for Police Cooperation and Coordination. This significant event took place on the sidelines of the Second Ministerial Meeting of Anti-Corruption Law Enforcement Agencies of the OIC Member States, which concluded on Wednesday in Doha. According to Qatar News Agency, the statute was signed on behalf of the Ministry of Interior by Director of the International Cooperation Department, Maj. Gen. Nasser Yousef Al Mal. The signing ceremony was attended by HE President of the Administrative Control and Transparency Authority (ACTA), Hamad bin Nasser Al Misnad, who presided over the meeting. The Ministry of Interior stated that the signing reaffirms Qatar's commitment to enhancing international cooperation in the fields of security and combating corruption.
