Doha: Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) closed its trading session on Tuesday, up by 165.2 points, or 1.62 percent, to close at 10,384.89 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, during the session, a total of 132,875,159 shares were traded, with a value of QR 435,145,853.614, resulting from the execution of 16,547 transactions across all sectors. The session saw the shares of 32 companies rise, while 16 companies' shares declined, and one company maintained its previous closing price.

At the end of the trading session, the market capitalization stood at QR 608,647,088,815.870 compared to QR 600,422,589,146 in the previous session.
