Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange index concluded Tuesday's trading session marginally lower, slipping by a mere 0.02 points to close at 11,027.54.

According to Qatar News Agency, the day witnessed the trading of approximately 105.5 million shares, with a total trading value reaching QR 317.8 million. These transactions were executed across 31,937 operations, encompassing all sectors of the market.

The session saw 22 companies registering gains in their share prices, while 23 companies experienced declines. Seven companies maintained their previous closing prices, indicating a stable performance. The market capitalization at the end of the session was recorded at QR 656,917,846,580.594, slightly down from QR 657,094,200,880.500 in the previous session.
