he Qatar U-20 football team has qualified for the 2025 AFC Asian Cup, scheduled to take place in China, after defeating Jordan 3-2 in their match on Sunday at Abdullah bin Khalifa Stadium. The match was part of the Group J qualifiers, which also included Hong Kong and Singapore. Qatar's goals were scored by Mohamed Khaled, Bassam Adel, and Ibrahim Al Hassan in the 6th, 51st, and 55th minutes. Jordan's goals came from Ouda Al Fakhouri and an own goal by Bassam Adel in the 39th and 69th minutes, respectively. The Qatari team topped the group with a perfect 9 points, having won all three of its matches, including victories over Singapore (3-0) and Hong Kong (2-0) in the first and second rounds.
