Doha: The United Nations and the State of Qatar signed the first supplementary agreement for the agreement between the State of Qatar and the United Nations regarding the establishment of the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs (UNOCHA) in the State of Qatar. The agreement was signed by HE Director of Department of International Organizations at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Sheikha Hanouf bint Abdulrahman Al-Thani. On the UN side, the agreement was signed by Representative of the UNOCHA in the State of Qatar Dr. Ahmed Marii.
