Doha: The Qatari German for Medical Devices Company (QGMD) has announced a significant step towards enhancing its regional and international presence by signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Dawa Holdi Egypt and Dawa USA.

According to Qatar News Agency, this partnership is strategically aimed at introducing QGMD's products to the Egyptian market, addressing essential medical needs, and localizing their manufacturing within the Arab Republic of Egypt. The agreement also plans for an expansion across the African continent through the marketing and distribution of these medical products.

Furthermore, the MoU intends to increase the volume of Qatari exports to both European and American markets. QGMD emphasized that this initiative is part of its continual efforts to boost operational and financial performance, thereby positively impacting shareholders and solidifying its position in the medical manufacturing sector on both regional and global scales.
