Doha: The recent official talks between HH the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani and HE Chairman of the Transitional Sovereignty Council of the Republic of the Sudan, Lt. Gen. Abdel Fattah Al Burhan, have been regarded as particularly significant given the current developments in Sudan.
