Osaka: HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Japan, Jaber bin Jarallah Al Marri, who also serves as Commissioner General of the Qatar Pavilion at Expo Osaka 2025, affirmed that Qatar's participation in the exhibition reflects the natural extension of its strategic relations with Japan, which span decades of cooperation and mutual respect.
According to Qatar News Agency, HE Ambassador Al Marri highlighted that two years ago, Qatar celebrated the 50th anniversary of diplomatic relations with Japan in Tokyo. This milestone marked a transition from friendship and cooperation to a comprehensive strategic partnership. The ambassador emphasized that the presence of a Qatari pavilion at Expo Osaka 2025 reaffirms Qatar's commitment to strengthening its partnership with Japan in various fields, including innovation, technology, and sustainable development.
HE Al Marri underscored that Qatar's participation aligns with the Expo's theme, "Designing Future Society for Our Lives," and demonstrates Qatar's dedication to being an active global partner in international efforts.
