QCAA and CARICOM Explore Strategic Air Transport Cooperation

Doha: The Qatar Civil Aviation Authority (QCAA) and the Caribbean Community (CARICOM) engaged in discussions on the existing cooperation within the field of air transport during a meeting held on Wednesday. The meeting occurred on the sidelines of the ICAO Facilitation Conference (FALC 2025) currently taking place in Doha.

According to Qatar News Agency, QCAA Acting President Mohammed Faleh Al Hajri met with David Prendergast, Director of Sectoral Programs at CARICOM, and Pauline Yearwood, Deputy Programme Manager for Transportation at CARICOM. During the meeting, they explored ways to enhance strategic partnerships between the two sides in the civil aviation sector.
