Doha: The Qatar Football Association (QFA), in collaboration with the Asian Football Confederation (AFC), concluded its two-day workshop for local media coordinators on Thursday. The event attracted a large number of young Qatari talents and local media coordinators from Qatari clubs, with a total of 50 participants in attendance.
According to Qatar News Agency, the workshop featured extensive discussions among the attendees, who learned about the necessary media procedures for matches across various competitions. The closing ceremony saw QFA Secretary General Mansoor Al Ansari distributing participation certificates to the attendees, marking the successful conclusion of the event.
Director of Marketing and Communications Khalid Mubarak Al Kuwari highlighted the workshop's aim to provide young people with opportunities to work in the media field. Al Kuwari stated that the event offered participants a chance to acquire skills, learn about the role of media officers at matches, and understand the media operations conducted at both local and continental tournaments.
