Doha: Qatar News Agency (QNA) organized today an awareness workshop for national cadres in cybersecurity on the prevention of cyber risks, as part of a series of training courses organized by the agency with the aim of raising the level of efficiency of its employees and enhancing their skills.

According to Qatar News Agency, several of the agency's employees from various specializations attended the workshop, and it was presented by the expert Al-Jilani Al Sadiq. The workshop focused on identifying the increasing cyber risks, methods of preventing them, and ways to enhance the security protection of data and information in the digital work environment.

The workshop aims to raise awareness among employees about the importance of cybersecurity and provide them with the necessary knowledge to protect digital systems from potential threats, in addition to improving their preparedness to confront cyber crises.

In March 2023, QNA opened 'QNA Training Halls,' equipped with the latest training methods, as part of its vision to enhance the capabilities of Qatari media professionals and create a generation capable of leading the future of national media.
