Doha: The Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club (QREC) has announced the upcoming 28th Qatar Arabian Horse Show, scheduled to take place from November 20 to 23 at the indoor arena of the Qatar Equestrian and Modern Pentathlon Federation.
According to Qatar News Agency, this championship will include participation from several Qatari studs and farms, offering an experience that unites the finest purebred Arabian horses in Qatar. This event is set to coincide with the Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club's 50th anniversary celebrations.
QREC has opened the registration for the championship from October 23 to 28. This championship aims to benefit horse owners by providing preparation for future events.
The club has urged horse owners and breeders interested in participating to ensure they complete the registration process before Tuesday, which marks the closing date for entries.
The championship is a part of a series of Arabian horse shows organized annually by the Qatar Racing and Equestrian Club, highlighting Qatar's commitment to preserving authentic Arab heritage and advancing the local horse breeding industry to align with international standards.
