Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index experienced an increase on Sunday, closing higher by 22.85 points, or 0.21 percent, to reach a level of 10,785.36 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, the trading session witnessed a total of 127,273,828 shares being exchanged, amounting to a value of QR 275,353,881.326, executed through 16,733 transactions spanning all sectors. The session recorded an equal number of companies, with 25 witnessing gains and 25 experiencing declines, while 4 companies maintained their previous closing prices.

At the conclusion of the trading session, the market capitalization reached QR 646,156,946,619.858, in contrast to QR 644,124,651,718.298 observed in the previous session.
