Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index closed Tuesday's trading session lower, decreasing by 64 points, or 0.56 percent, to settle at 11,362.59 points.
According to Qatar News Agency, during the session, a total of 115,628,368 shares were traded, with a monetary value reaching QAR 377,231,317.105, executed through 22,178 transactions across all sectors.
The session witnessed a mixed performance among listed companies. Shares of 21 companies experienced an increase, while 28 companies saw their stocks decline. Five companies maintained their previous closing prices, reflecting stability amidst the market fluctuations.
At the close of the trading session, the market capitalization was recorded at QAR 676,753,099,990.096, a decrease from QAR 682,204,802,322.492 in the previous session.
