Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index on Wednesday recorded a minor decrease of 3.52 points, or 0.03 percent, closing at 11,216.70 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, the trading session involved the exchange of 126,258,468 shares, generating a total value of QAR 390,346,162.889, executed through 23,033 transactions spanning all sectors.

The session concluded with 21 companies witnessing an increase in their share prices, while 26 companies saw a decline, and 6 companies remained unchanged.

At the end of the session, the market capitalization was QAR 672,922,313,887.466, a slight increase from QAR 672,173,449,904.130 in the previous session.
