Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) closed its trading session on Wednesday, down by 4.01 points, or 0.04 percent, to stand at 10,829.86 points.

According to Qatar News Agency, during the session, a total of 110,781,463 shares were traded, amounting to a value of QR 320,342,137.196. These transactions were executed across 14,943 deals spanning all sectors.

The trading session witnessed a mixed outcome, with the shares of 22 companies increasing, while 25 companies saw a decline in their share prices. Meanwhile, five companies maintained their previous closing prices, showing no change.

At the end of the session, the market capitalization was recorded at QR 639,443,389,564.487, a slight decrease from QR 639,473,020,859.738 noted in the previous session.
