Doha: The Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) index on Monday closed at 10,710.09 points, marking an increase of 69.38 points from the previous session.

According to Qatar News Agency, this 0.65-percent rise was observed from a total of 32,431 transactions across all sectors. The trading session saw 292,088,171 shares exchanged, with a total value of QR 732,048,177.826.

In terms of company performance, shares of 33 companies experienced an increase, while shares of 14 companies saw a decrease. Meanwhile, five companies closed at the same price as the previous session.

The market capitalization at the end of trading stood at QR 633,258,998,300.716, up from QR 628,034,685,494.121 in the previous session.
