Doha: Qatar Volleyball Association (QVA)s exploration and development committee has embarked on field trips to several schools as part of a comprehensive program to explore talented players. The trips come within the QVA's efforts dedicated to drawing young talents in pursuit of enhancing the ranks of clubs and Qatari national teams in age categories. Additionally, field tests have been conducted for students from several schools with the aim of co-opting best players who possess essential skills to be honed further. Through this initiative, the committee strives to enhance the base of young players and polish their skills so as to supply local clubs and national teams with young talents capable of representing Qatar in the global forums. The efforts are in alignment with the Qatar national vision for sustainable development in sports to create an integrated sporting atmosphere that would bolster the next generations' capabilities in a range of fields. Additionally. the visits aim to underscore the commitm ent to advancing school sport and converting schools into major suppliers for the Qatari clubs and teams through operating in accordance with strategies that ensure constant success and enduring progress of volleyball.
