Doha: The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts at the Department of Real Estate Registration at the Ministry of Justice during the period from Oct. 19-23, 2025, reached QAR 672,614,212. Meanwhile, the total sales contracts for residential units in the Real Estate Bulletin for the same period amounted to QAR 76,214,045, bringing the total trading value for the week to approximately QAR 748.828 million.
According to Qatar News Agency, the weekly bulletin issued by the Department highlights that the list of real estate properties traded for sale included vacant lands, houses, residential buildings, commercial shops, and residential units.
Sales were concentrated in municipalities such as Doha, Al Rayyan, Al Wakra, Umm Slal, Al Daayen, Al Khor and Al Thakhira, and Al Shamal. Additionally, specific areas such as the Pearl, Lusail 69, Al Wukair, Al Mashaf, Al Gharafa Al Kharayej, and Al Sakhama saw significant activity.
The volume of real estate transactions in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice exceeded QAR 755 million during the period from Oct. 12 to Oct. 16.
